My husband and I are relocating from Connecticut and therefore did some preliminary searching via long-distance. Linda was very attentive to our needs and sent listings for us to review that had all the major items we were looking for -- square footage, location, bedrooms and bathrooms, affordable HOA's, etc. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the Murrells Inlet and Surfside City areas was a great asset. When we went to South Carolina to tour some properties she was very patient with us and showed us some great properties and open houses. We found just the property we wanted in Murrells Inlet and would definitely recommend Linda to anyone who wants a dedicated realtor who is knowledgable, patient, and really listens to your needs.

I live in Murrells Inlet and my niece from CO is planning on retiring to this area in May 2016. I contacted Linda, who was reccommended by a friend, and asked if she could take some time to show my niece a few places while she visited me this past June.Linda was so gracious and asked the pertinent questions to determine my niece's price range, square footage wanted and HOA fee limits.Within 2 days Linda responded that she had 4-5 townhomes she wanted Debbie to see. Linda spent 2 days with us and my niece now knows exactly which 2 complexes she wants to concentrate on. Both debbie and I felt that Linda went above and beyond for a client that couldn't even move for a year. Linda will most definitley be Debbie's realtor next May, she was professional and extremely helpful.
